✅ Common Return Situations & How We Handle Them

Received a damaged or faulty jar?
We’re truly sorry. We’ll replace it immediately — no extra cost. Just send us a photo as proof.

Got the wrong item, size, or variation?
If the mistake was ours: we’ll fix it for free.
If the incorrect size or variant was selected during checkout, we can’t replace it after processing — please check the size guide before ordering.

Changed your mind?
You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Item missing from your order?
We’ll ship the missing item ASAP — no charge, no stress.

Parcel arrived damaged?
We’ll gladly replace damaged items. Please provide a photo within 5 days of delivery.

Incorrect address provided?
If your parcel couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement — as a gesture of goodwill.

Anything else?
Email us at support@blackbutta.co.uk — we’re here, and we’ll listen.

🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@blackbutta.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation

  3. We’ll approve the return and share the correct return address

  4. Repack the item in original condition and send it back within 14 days

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Opened or visibly used jars

  • Free bonus items from “Buy One, Get One” offers (max. 2 returnable per order)

  • Pre-orders (unless defective)
