Delivery & Shipping – Lumo
At Lumo, we believe shopping should feel safe and effortless — from the moment you place your order to the moment your parcel arrives at your doorstep.
When an item is in stock in the UK, we ship directly from our UK warehouse. If an item is temporarily unavailable locally, your order may be fulfilled through our EU warehouse. Delivery may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.
Delivery Times
Dispatch: within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri)
Delivery from UK warehouse: 2–5 working days
Delivery from EU warehouse: 5–8 working days
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: During busy seasons (such as Christmas or sale periods), delivery times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if any delays occur.
Shipping Options
Standard tracked delivery: always free.
Shipping Insurance (Optional)
For added peace of mind, you can add shipping insurance covering loss, theft, or damage during transit (up to the full value of your order).
Important: Insurance cannot be refunded once added.
Claims must be submitted within:
7 days for damaged items
14 days for missing parcels

Changes & Cancellations
We pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
